Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Execution of Various Mechnical Shutdown PCRs at NGL-3 Plant, MESAIEED OPERATIONS.
The Scope of Work includes preliminary engineering verification, detail design, procurement, material supply, installation /construction, inspection, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning for implementation of nine (9) No. Mechanical Shutdown related Plant Change Requests (PCRs), at NGL-3 Plant in Mesaieed Operations during NGL-3 Turn Around tentatively scheduled on 15th September 2020 to 10th October 2020, total duration of , (26 days duration).
PCRs:
1)PCR No.1: OEE/GP/14/454: (NGL-3) Provision of additional Isolation Valves to 6919-P-03A/B and 6919-P-04 Suction Lines with the necessary access.
2)PCR No.2: PCR/GPT/14/490: Provision of Permanent Cold Draining System for 6103-E-02 & 6103-E-05.
3)PCR No.3: PCR/GNG(M)/16/542: To Re-route the Sulphur Export line.
4)PCR No.4: PCR/OEW(M)/18/622: Install NRV's 3 Supply Lines of FG System at NGL-3 Plant.
5)PCR No.5: PCR/OEW(M)/18/623: Three Combined Safety Shower & Eye Wash at NGL-3 Plant.
6)PCR No.6: PCR/OEW(M)/18/625: Piping Material Replacement at NGL-3 Plant.
7)PCR No.7: PCR/ONM(M)/18/629: Back Washing Facility for 6117-E-11 & 21.
8)PCR No.8: PCR/ONG(M)/18/644: Sea Water Header near AGEU battery limit at NGL-3 Plant.
9)PCR No.9: PCR/ONM(M)/19/673: Re-route the 24" line U/S and D/S of 61-TCV-4015.
