Scope of Work
The company announces its need for supply of Bare shaft pump horizontal centrifugal axial split without base plate and driver with mechanical seal ( 4 sets) complete as spare parts.
QTY: 1 Nos.
1) Pump shall be manufactured according to (API 610) latest edition (except material ).
2) bearing should be antifriction ball bearing, ring lubricated type, water cooled with water specification 3 bar 35 C°
3) Flange pump drains.
4) Mechanical seal Mfr : John Crane or Eagle Burgmann.
5) Single mechanical seal according to (API 682).
6) Fabricated steel base plate.
7) Standard documentation including operation and Maintenance manuals in English.
8) pump's stage should be not more than 4 (four) stages.
9) Three copies sets hand standard documentation including, installation, operation and maintenance manuals in English (data sheet, performance curve, section drawing, part list and layout contain all dimensions shall be supplied as as) built manual).
10) Nozzle size for pump (3" suc. / 1 1/2" disch. ) RTJ supplied with companion flanges.
11) pump rpm should be not exceed 3000 .
12 ) pump type preferred to be horizontal center line (BB3) and easy maintaining.
13) A warrenty time should be (18) months from supplying.
14) Available power in site not more than 37KW.
Material: ASTM.
Casing A217 WC4.
Impeller A351CF8.
Shaft A322 Gr 4140.
Shaft sleeve AISI 304 STELLITE.
Diffuser :A 217 WC4.
