Scope of Work
The company announces its need for supply of Complete horizontal centrifugal pumps with electric motor and base plate Location: power house No. 1.
Scope of supply:
1- Pump shall be manufactured according to API 610 last addition.
2- The pump shall be API BB1 type.
3- Bearing housing shall be separated from casing.
4- Pump speed shall not exceed 1000 RPM.
5- The difference between NPSHA & NPSHR shall be at least 1 meter.
6- Flange pump drains.
7- Bearing shall be antifriction and ring lubricated type.
8- Sealing system by means of packing (not mechanical seal).
9- Fabricated steel base plate.
10-Non sparking coupling guard.
11-Material of pump shall be manufactured according to API 610 table H-1 class 1-2.
12-The space area for the new complete pump shall be the same or near to the space of old complete pump which have the following dimensions:
-length 2.5 m.
-Width 1 m.
13-equipment manufacturer shall be ( USA, Canada, Australia, Italy, france, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, belgium, britain, Japan ).
14-Three sets of hard copies and one soft copy of standard documentation including operation and maintenance manuals in English language shall be
submitted for each item.
15-QA ( Quality / Assurance ) inspection and testing including, but not limited to , the following
- Shop inspection.
- Liquid penetrant for casting.
- Performance test.
- Liquid penetrant inspection for casting and welding.
- Non witness test for NPSH.
16- Third party inspection by one of the following inspectors.
- Lloyd's Register - Activity of Third party
- ATG inspection (Visual Inspection) include
- TUV Rheinland Group # Checking of quantity
- Intertek Global # Checking of packing
- DNV #The materials are safe for damage
- SGS
- B . V
17-certificate of origin shall be provided from the manufacturer and legalized by the Iraqi Embassy in the country of origin.
18- Delivery period (360 days).
19- Spare parts:
a) Shaft 1 nos.
b) Impeller 1 set.
c) Set Of Bearings 2 set.
d) Set Of Packing 4 set.
20- Packing : wooden box.
21- Guarantee should be (18) months after the equipment is supplied.

Service: condensate – deaerator.
Pump Temp. : 87 degree C.
Sp. Gr. @ pt.: 0.96.
NPSHA: 3 m.
Capacity normal: 145 m3/ hr.
Total head: 10 m.
