Scope of Work
The company announces its need for supply of filed and online backman moisture analyzer explostion proof complete.
- Application Moisture: catalytic reformers units, hydrogen
plants.
- System (analyzer & cell) to measure moisture in hydrogen on recycle gas which contains H2, CH4, C2 H6, C3H8, C4H10, 10-20PPM gas of HCL & 0-500PPM of H2O.
- The analyzer, which is normally resistant when the water
concentration is below 700 ppm.
- Pressure inlet sample 4-24Kg/Cm2.
- Sample conditioning system available for removal of
acidic gas and dust.
- High filters and probes.
- Easy calibration with digital screen (LCD) bright (not
touch).
- Local calibration probe available.
- Fast response and stable time: at (1 minutes or less).
- Accuracy (calibration and measurement): ±0.01% of full scale.
- Alarm: High and low alarm ( dual alarm).
- Range scale: 0-1200 PPM. Normal: 0-250PPM.
- Readout unit: moisture (PPM), temperature and dew+point (±Co).
- Filter system before inlet sample.
- Single vent 1/4? NPT connections, inlet and back pressure regulators, pressure gauges, bypass filter and associated hardware, all wetted parts are stainless steel.
- Ambient temperature: -5 to 55 Co, the analyzer should be supplied inside enclosure, this housing should be cooling by instrument Air system.
- Explosion proof Class 1, Group B, C & D Division 1.

- Sampling system must be in rack mounted. With air
instrument.
- Power supply: 110 VAC, 50Hz.
- Output: Bright digital readout 4-20mA.
- Isolated analog, RS485, Modbus and Ethernet output
available.
- Any part is accepter to maintenance and replacement.
- Spare parts for two years. Should be with one probe (spare part).
- Equipment instructions and data book, operating manual and complete set of drawing (certified) (English
language), and warranty.

- Signal indicator showing actual moister reading.
- Signal from analyzer to screen 4-20 mA.

-Portable MEECO, Mitsubishi or SHAW moisture analyzer.
- Application and specification according to item 1.
Moisture Cylinder: 4
- Check gas cylinder:(water PPM).(SPEC according to
manufacturer).
- Cylinder size : 50litter, pressure: 140 bar.
- All cylinders with brass valve.
Regulator: 5
-With Cylinder pressure regulator. Stainless steel 2 stage (range &capacity inlet: 400 bar, output: 0-10 bar).
-Regulator connection should be matching with cylinder
valve.
