Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Management Consultancy Service.
Contractor shall, in accordance with international petroleum industry standards and practice and generally accepted engineering and project management principles, manage the Projects, prepare schedule of implementation,assist in the technical proposal evaluation of procurement activities for long lead items.
- supervise the Engineering Contractors for quality, progress, and materials ordered by Engineering Contractors, supervise the pre-commissioning, commissioning and test run, assist in the Project handover and close out each project.
