Scope of Work
The Company Announces Its Need for Supply of Two Centrifugal Pumping Units for the First and Sixth Boilers.
I-Technical specifications for centrifugal pump with (El.motor, Flexible coupling and base plate).
- Pumped Fluid: Soften water. - Capacity :20 m3/hour. - Head :175-200 m. - Pumping temperature :up to100 C. - Suction pressure:(1.3) kg/cm2. - Discharge pressure: (17.5-20) kg/cm2. - Pump is designed According to international standards. - Pump materials should be suitable for the pumped fluid
II - Technical specifications for the electrical motor of the required pumping set: Three phase induction squirrel cage motor totally enclosed fan cooled, suitable for (star –delta )starting at ambient temperature of 40 Cº and elevation up to 1000 m above sea level with the following specifications: Rated out put : not less than 110%of B.H.P of the pump. - Rated voltage :380 V (A.C) -400 V is acceptable. - Frequency : (50)HZ. -Duty: S1. - Speed: suitable to the pump. - Mechanical Protection : IP 44 at least. - Connection: , suitable for (star –delta )starting. - Cooling System: IC411. - Power Factor At Full load: ( 0. 8) at least. - Lubrication: Grease. - The Terminal Box :above of the motor and should be turned (90°x4). - Motor Cables entries must be supplied with the motor suitable for Cable outer diameter ( 15-20) mm approximately. - Mounting : suitable to pump position. - Voltage and frequency deviations: According to IEC34.1 standard. - Temperature rise:B. - Insulation class: F. - Dimensions: Acc. to IEC standard.
