Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Supply Liquid Red Dye and Liquid Blue Dye or Violet Liquid to change the color of supper gasoline(Ron) 90 into violet and red liquid dye change color of gasoline(Ron)76 to red.
I (Red dye for gasoline).
- objective :
HRC aim is to import liquid red dye to change the color of gasoline into red.
- Density :
Density of the gasoline to be dyed is (0.680 – 0.720) g/cm3.
- Quantity :
The enough quantity to deal ( 100000 ) ton ± 10% of gasoline to change its color from parent to red.
- Solubility :
The dye must be completely soluble in gasoline (100%)
- Injection rate :
Injection rate must not be more than (10 ppm) for the red dye required color.
II (Red +Blue )or violet liquid dye.
- objective :
HRC aim is to import liquid red dye and liquid blue dye or violet liquid dye to change the color of gasoline 90 from light yellow into violet.
- Density :
Density of the gasoline to be dyed is (0.720 – 0.770) g/cm3
- Quantity :
The enough quantity to deal ( 600000 ) ton ± 10% of gasoline 90 .
- Solubility :
The dye must be completely soluble in gasoline (100%)
- Injection rate :
Injection rate must not be more than (15 ppm) for the red dye with the blue dye or (15ppm)violet dye for to realize the required color. Bidders must mention the injection ratios of dyes to realize the required color within their technical bids, taking into consideration that this will be considered when evaluating the technical bids.
