The company announces its need for Supply for Submerged Centrifugal Pumping Set of Waste Water Treatment Unit 32-8p35 .
- Item 001, Technical specifications for pump 32-8P35
Pumped Fluid: oily water and sedimentation.
Capacity: 100 m3/hour.
Head : 20 m.
Pumping temperature : 30Cē.
PH : (6 -9).
Pump is designed According to API standard or equivalent .
Pump materials should be suitable for the pumped fluid.
- Item 002, Technical specifications for the electrical motor of the required pumping set:
Ex proof Three phase induction squirrel cage motor totally enclosed, suitable for direct online starting .
- Rated output : not less than 110%of B.H.P of the pump.
- Rated voltage :380 V (A.C) , 400V is acceptable.
- Frequency : (50)HZ.
- Duty : S1.
- Connection : Delta.
- Speed: suitable to the pump .
- EX proof for Motor and Terminal Box: Exd2G3 at least.
- Mechanical Protection : IP 68 .
- Power Factor At Full load: 0. 8 at least.
- Voltage and frequency deviations:
according to standard IEC 34.1 .
- Temperature rise: B.
- Insulation class: F.
- pumping set must be provided and connected with water proof, chemical resistant and flexible rubber electrical cable of /20m/ length.
- Motor Cable entry (Ex proof) must be supplied with the motor.
- Dimensions: according to standard IEC.
- Mounting : According to the pump.
- Required Quantity: one set.
