Scope of Work
The company is aimed at initiating a tender for the Projects and Engineering Support Services for land and swamp development.
Contractor shall take coverage of all costs and expenses for all services provided here under for the duration of the contract. The proposed contract shall cover a period of Three (3) years.
The scope defines requirements for the Project and Engineering Support Services for Land and Swamp Development . The scope of work shall include but not limited to the following:
(I). Absorbing and management of existing qualified specialist technical labour personnel (Engineers,) with relevant minimum qualification in areas of specialty.
(ii). Company may demand from Contractor the provision of project and engineering personnel with cognate working experience in the relevant specialty for Project and Engineering activities.
(iii). The services being performed by the Technical personnel include but not limited to assigned Project and Engineering Management activities such as Concept selection studies, Conception definition studies,Front End Engineering Development, Detailed Engineering, Inspection services, Project construction, Installation and Commissioning supervision and
management, in line with industry best practices.
(iv).The personnel are to carry out other services as may be required by company for smooth and successful delivery of projects and engineering packages.
(v). Contractor shall be fully responsible for timely payment of personnel wages, allowances and all entitlements as applicable in the industry and offshore locations as contained in the tripartite Collective bargaining agreement (CBA) between the staff union, the employee union and the company.
