Scope of Work
The company announces its need for supply of Valve and Fitting.
The instruments to be supplied are as follows: -
- Item 001, QTY=8 of Gate valve wedged disc 150 LBS Screwed to ASA standard bronze body and trim integral
seats union rising stem (grane no. D 166 OR Equal).
- Item 002, QTY=82 of Gate valve wedged disc, rating # 300 LBS ,material bronze body to ASTM (B61) internal
parts nickel alloy , union bonnet , screwed to ANSI (B 1.20.1).
- Item 003, QTY=150 of Clobe valve, rating #300 LBS
Material bronze body to astm (B 61) ,Internal parts nickel alloy seat & disc to ASTM (B 462), union bonnet , screwed ends to ansi (B 1.20.1).
- Item 004, QTY=50 of Horizontal check valve type
48(ball or piston or swing) rating # (300) LBS (forged or cast – bronze) , the body material to ASTM (B 61), INTERNAL PARTS TO ASTM (B462), union cap, female screwed ends to ANSI (B 1.20.1).
- Item 005, QTY=48 of Gate Valve Rating #800 LBS Forged Carbon Steel Conforming TO ASTM (A 105) Outside Screw and Yoke Bolted Bonnet Rising Stem,
Trim (11.˝-13 % CHR), Socket Welding Ends according to ASME (B 16.11).
- Item 006, QTY=400 of Gate valve wedge socket weld both ends 1500 lbs forged carbon steel body conforming to ASTM A-105 Gr.11 outside screw and yoke union bolted bonnet, rising stem trim (11.˝''-13 % CHR crane) no .3602 or equial.
- Item 007, QTY=1 of Ball Valve With Wrench forging Carbon Steel 49 Conforming TO ASTM ( A 105)TRIM (13 % CHR) Socket Weld Ends According TO ANSI

- Item 008, QTY=150 of Valve flanged wedge gate (R.F), rating # 150 LBS, material of body is (cast or forged carbon steel )to astm (A-216 GR WCB OR A 105), outside screwed and yoke , bolted bonnet , rising stem trim (11.˝'' -13 % CHR ) fanged drilled to ansi B (16.5).
- Item 009, QTY=92 of Valve flanged wedge gate (R.F), rating #150 LBS design to API (600) face to face dimension to ASME /ANSI (B 16.10)END to end dimension to ansi (B 16.10) TEST Pressure to API (598), material of body is cast carbon steel to ASTM (A 216 GR WCB), outside screwed and yoke , bolted bonnet rising stem, trim (11.˝'' – 13 % CHR ), END flanged dimension to ansi (B16.5).
