Scope of Work
The company announces its need for supply of Calibration Service for 50000 m3 Oil Storage Tanks.
Scope of work
1) Provide all the tools, instrument and equipment (with certificates) for calibration, the company only provide the board and lodging, commuting from camp to CPF;
2) Prepare and submit the documents about qualification, staffs's CV,calibration method, procedure, certificates, report and others as per specification requirement;
3) Perform single time calibration of 50000 m3 Oil Storage Tanks (T-02110A& T-02110B) as per specification requirement, included but not limited to the following items:
- Appearance and general performance inspection;
- Measure of ring board diameter;
- Measure of the height and thickness of each ring board;
- Measure of the bottom of tank;
- Measure of gradient of the tank body;
- Measure of ellipticity;
- Measure of reference height;
- Measure of tank accessories;
- Data processing and tank capacity forms preparation;
- Calibration certification.
