Scope of Work
The company announces its need for supply of Helium Cylinders Rack for SLL IPP2 FMS.
Helium Cylinder Rack with 4 High purity Helium cylinders, each cylinder 50 L with filling pressure of 200 bar.
- Vertical Stainless steel cylinder rack covered on three sides and at the top, By removable materiel.
- SS Manifold with gas filling/withdrawal valve at one end and out let connection for shut-off valve at the other end as well as SS pressure gauge with isolation manifold.
- Transportation and offload to Salalah OGC IPP2 FMS Station With Haib(Spark arrested).
- The rack shall be ready for refilling at any time by the supplier at anytime within not more than two week from the call.
- The following certificates need to be available with rack
1- MPI and DIP test for SS manifold and MS frame.
2- Load test for the rack with cylinders.
3- Pneumatic test of SS manifold.
4- Welding procedures are DNV approved.
5- Cylinders/valves test certificates.
6- Materials test certificates.
