Supply of Oil Well Cement Additives

Scope of Work
The company announces its need for supply of Oil well cement additives.
- Item 001, -Free flowing Powder to dry blend with cement before mixing.
- Should be recommended to use for blending with cement to control the loss of filtrate from a cement slurry to help maintain fluidity , eliminate premature dehydration and prevent annular bridging in a tight annulus.
-Must be use with all API classes of cement (such as cement class G-HSR).
- Effective in temperature ranging bellow 2000 F.
- Must be use with other cement additives such as silica flour , retarder , dispersant , defoamer and weighting materials.
- Should be suitable for primary cementing , squeeze cementing and coiled tubing squeeze cementing operations.
- Should be use in fresh water and salt cementing compositions up to 18% (BWOW) such as NACL.
- Packaging 25kg/bag.
- Item 002, Free flowing powder to dry blend with cement before mixing.
- Should be use control the loss of filtrate from a cement slurry to help maintain fluidity , eliminate premature dehydration and prevent annular bridging in a tight annulus.

- Effective in temperature above 2000F.
- Must be use with other cement additives such as silica flour , retarder ,dispersant , defoamer and weighting materials.
- Should be suitable for primary cementing , deep liner, squeeze cementing and coiled tubing squeeze cementing operations.
- Should be use in fresh water slurry.
- Packaging 25kg/bag.
- Item 003, Free flowing Powder to dry blend with cement before mixing.
- Must be use in cementing composition to improve the
rheological properties of slurries and must lowers the friction pressure of a given slurry permitting turbulent flow to be achieved at a substantially lower displacement rate
- Should be use for dispersant any API class of cement (such as cement class G-HSR).
- Must be use with other cement additives such as fluid loss, retarder, defoamer and weighting materials.
- Effective in temperature range between 800 TO 3500 F.
- Should be use in fresh water and salt cementing compositions up to 18% BWOW ( such as NACL slurry that is weighted with hematite to 2.30 gm/cc).
- Completely soluble in water.
- Packaging 25 kg/bag.
