Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Engineering study for rehabilitation of field instrumentation and control system (Tobruk and Sarir refineries)- Project No: O-76.
The instrumentation at Tobruk & Sarir Refinery is mostly pneumatic control system; the existing system is absolute and unreliable. Spare parts for existing equipment are difficult to obtain.
Objective: - Replacing the existing analogue instrument system to digital instrument system. - Implemented modern DCS capable to operate the plant within accuracy limits and in safe conditions. - Possibility to use wireless digital instruments. - Possibility to use P/I convectors.
