Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for EPIC for Upgrade of Station W1.
The Scope of Works of the project is to upgrade the company's existing redundant Station W1 which includes construction of substation for 11 kV power supply from Kahramaa and installation of HVAC equipment, 24V DC UPS system; Diesel Generator; custody flow metering skid, Control Room Equipment etc.
The SOW also includes modification in existing SCADA PLC, ESD and F &G systems; integration of all new Control, Monitoring and Safety signals with the GDS SCADA at Station S, Station V and TDOC via Ethernet & Safety links; replacement of existing obsolete F&G system (Sieger) and upgrade of existing HIMA system. Further, existing field F &G devices will be replaced with new F&G devices and will be integrated with HIMA F&G system. Existing Knock Out Drum (KOD) at Station W5 shall be relocated and reused at Station W1. Existing equipment/ facilities like Liquid/ Gas Recycling Separators; Gas Filters, Gas Mixer; Liquid / Gas Separator; Liquid / Gas Separator; Process & utility piping, piping manual valves, field instruments, field F&G devices, pipe supports, access platforms, civil foundations, Old instrument Air Compressor etc., which are not required for the new Facility E, shall be demolished.
