Scope of Work
The company intends to upgrade the oil metering system at Tobruk terminal to meet the international standards for custody oil measuring systems. The upgrade will cover the main parts of the oil measuring systems. This includes supply, install and commission of new crude oil PD meters, new flow management system, new flow control valves for flow control and flow balancing, new automatic sampling units and site instrumentation for the crude oil meters and for the two (JK and B&R) meter provers. The main objective of this project is to make available and in good quality, all the signals and information required by the flow management system for accurate flow rate calculations of shipping oil and auto run for the meter provers as per API standards and AGOCO & NOC specifications.
