Scope of Work
The company announces its need for supply of legal Consulting Service Project. The company will seek one law firm who has the acknowledged capability and reputation to provide assistance on its international and Iraqi domestic business. Contractor should provide legal consulting and supporting service including but not limited as below:
- Legal consulting for taxes, contracting and tender procedure in Iraq.
- International and Iraq Legal consulting service.
- Project and legal negotiation.
- Disputes in the energy or government sectors.
- On behalf of Company cope with all kinds of legal affairs.
- Other legal service required by Company.
All legal services as requested by Company from time to time in written Work Order based on “Call off”.
