Scope of Work
The company announces its need for supply of of Repair and Preventive Maintenance of Nine Firefighting Vehicles.
This tender covers two packages, 6 vehicles from Carmichael / scania and 3 vehicles from NAFFCO / MAN, located at Halfaya Oilfield Base Camp, Missan Province, Iraq, for duration of 3 years plus 2 year extension optional.
Initial repairs will be required for three NAFFCO/ MAN firefighting vehicles with supplying the replacement parts. Both of the packages require Scheduled Preventive Maintenance, supply of spare parts and emergency on call services. Scheduled preventive maintenance includes two visits per year to check / inspect and repair both firefighting and chassis engine systems. Supply of spare parts shall be in compliance with Manufacturer specifications and shall be Door to Door delivery to Halfaya Oilfield Base Camp in Iraq. Emergency on call services will be up to actual needs to remedy emergency defects and supply additional replacement parts.
