Scope of Work
The company announces its need for supply of Logistic Lump Sum Services For Solar Turbines for Overhaul.
The logistic service is lump sum service, first part is to get all the approval for the total six Solar Turbines Import & Export formalities (2+1 by air,2+1 by sea). The second part is logistics service route per batch composed of two steps:
-The first step:
From the company job site Iraq to USA factory for maintenance. All the documents including but not limited to Import & Export formalities, approvals,CI&COO legalization and COC (Certificate of Conformity)/COI transaction(namely Third-Party Inspection), pick up from pointed place inside the alwaha job site, Inland transportation and security escort from Alwaha job site to port of loading, Iraq and Custom Clearance in Iraq, transportation & port charge from port of loading, Iraq to port of discharge, USA, Custom Clearance in USA and Inland transportation from port of discharge to pointed Solar factory as final destination.
-The second step:
After the notification of maintenance service completion and all the way return it back from USA factory to the company job site, Iraq.
All the documents including but not limited to Import & Export formalities/approvals and documents, pick up from USA factory pointed place, Inland transportation from USA factory to port of loading, USA, Custom Clearance & port handling in USA and, transportation from port of loading, USA to port of discharge, Iraq,Custom Clearance & port charge in Iraq and Inland transportation with security convoy from port of discharge, Iraq to the company job site pointed place as final destination.
