Scope of Work
The company announces its need for supply of Major Maintenance Service for Vacuum deoxidizing tower E/F/G.
The Service Major Maintenance Service for Vacuum deoxidizing tower E/F/G is as below:
1) Provide all of the equipment, machineries,and the tools for use in the Work.
2) Supply all of the materials to complete the Work.
3) Inspect, transport, and store the materials supplied by COMPANY.
4) Conduct investigation or survey before starting Work if necessary.
5) Isolate the processing, electrical, and the instrumental systems of the T-04110E/F/G from their respective Systems which are connected.
6) Clean all of the surfaces of shell and accessories in the T-04110E/F/G and the guided wave tubes.
7) Upon completion of cleaning, transport all of the wastes to the place designated by COMPANY.
8) Inspect all of the anti-corrosion coating layers of the T-04110E/F/G internal surfaces and inner parts.
9) Make the sand blasting for all of T-04110E/F/G internal surfaces.
10) Make the sand blasting for all of the external and internal surfaces of the pipes in the T-04110E/F/G.
11) Clad corrosion protection layers for all of the internal surfaces of the T-04110E/F/G.
12) Clad corrosion protection layers for all of the external and internal surfaces of the pipes in the T-04110E/F/G.
13) Replace the sacrificial anodes.
14) Clean the work site(s) upon completion of major maintenance.
15) Keep the T-04110E/F/G ready and waiting after fulfilling the work.
16) Isolate the processing,electrical,and the instrumental systems of the Vacuum deoxygenation tower E/F/G.
17) Clean the guided wave tube and the Raschigring.
18) Anti-corrosion coating checking, sandblasting, and anti-corrosion treatment for internal surfaces of the Vacuum deoxygenation tower E/F/G.Service Location: Kut Site of Ahdeb oil field.
