Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Miscellaneous Structural and Civil Works at Various Locations in Dukhan fields.
Brief Scope of Works:
(1) Provision of pipe support system for process inlet line to V-9510A, V-9510B, V-9510C and V-9510D in GDU area at GRP.
(2) Replacement of existing double leaves timber door (2 nos.) and single leaf timber door (1 no.) with solid steel door at CP Station KM 15.5.
(3) Demolition of DB shed in JDHP.
(4) Provision of single leaf emergency exit gates for PWI Stations 1, 3 and 6.
(5) Provision of Bird Prevention measures in PWI Station 7.
(6) Replacement of existing double leaves timber door (1 no.) with solid steel door for Compressor Room in NFIS.
(7) Provision of safety shower & eye-wash (2 nos.) complete with elevated water tank and support structures at Corrosion Inhibitor storage tank area in FSDGS.
(8) Modification of chain hoist for KE-9201 recycle expander Rotating Assembly in GRP.
(9) New Lifting system for pumps and motors (P-9701A/B & PM-9701A/B) in GRP.
(10) Additional pipe supports for 10" oil line in JDGS.
(11) Emergency exit light for MCC rooms in KNDGS, KSDGS, FNDGS, FMDGS & FSDGS.
(12) Door seals for old Control Room and MCC Room in various stations.
(13) Lifting facility for oil export pumps/motors 22-P-4142A/B/C in KNDGS.
(14) Modification of Security Guard Building at KNDGS. (15) Modification of Security Guard Building at UBBPS. (16) Provision of wooden counter for existing Security Guard Building at KMDGS, KSDGS, FMDGS, FSP, JDGS and GRP.
(17) Provision of Sun Screen on existing GRP Security Guard Building using 6mm thick polycarbonate material inclusive of all necessary framing support.
