Scope of Work
The company announces its need for supply of Complete Horizontal Centrifugal Pumps with Electric Motor and Base Plate.
Description for horizontal centrifugal pump 1-pump shall be manufactured according to( API610 ) latest edition.
2-pump shall be API BB1 type.
3-Bearing housing shall be separated from casing.
4-Bearing should be anti friction ball bearing, ring lubricated types.
5-Flange pump drains.
6-Non-sparking coupling guard.
7-Material shall be according to table H1 in API 610.
8-Fabricated steel base plate.
9-Pump speed shall not exceed 1500 R.P.M.
10-The difference between NPSHA and NPSHR shall be at least 1 meter.
11-Mechanical seal should be according to (API 682) and the seal to be from one of the following manufacturers: John crane, Eagle Bergmann or Flowserve.
12-Three hard copies and one soft copy of standard documentation including operation and maintenance manuals in English language shall be submitted .
13-Pump origin should be (U.S.A-Canada –Australia –Italy –Switzerland –Austria-France –Germany –Sweden-Belgium-England).
14-Q/A (QUALITY /Assurance) inspection and testing including but not limited to the following. -Shop inspection. -Performance test. -liquid penetrate inspection for casting and welding. -Non witness test for NPSH. -Hydraulic test shall be done. -Material certification required FOR: -Casing. -Impeller. -Shaft.
15-Test certificate for all tests carried out on equipment shall be provided within the documents.
