Scope of Work
The company announces its need for supply of Urgent Repair Service for Oilfield Surface Facilities.
The Contract is mainly responsible for the Urgent Repair Service for pipeline, towers, vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, generators, compressors, pumps and air blowers, including, but not limited to:
Provide all of the materials, PPE, and consumables for use in the urgent repair service.
Provide all of the tools, equipment, and the vehicles for use in the urgent repair service.
Supply the entire urgent repair service staff such as QA/QC, HSSE, welders, pipe fitters, and the labors with relative qualification certificate to perform the Work.
Prepare procedures, drawings, reports, certificates to WAPEC, if applicable.
Submit construction proposals with schedule to WAPEC for approval, if applicable.
Review and verify the specifications provided by WAPEC.
Be responsible for utilities such as water, power etc. for use in Work, these resources could also be provided by WAPEC at its will.
Be responsible for loading, transportation, unloading, inspection, and storage of all the materials for use in the Work.
Be responsible for packing, protection, and the preservation of all the materials for use in Work.
Submit the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) document including hold inspection points to WAPEC for approval.
Isolate the leaked pipes, equipment and related accessories, repair or replace specified pipes, equipment or accessories if required.
Comply with WAPEC’s HSSE safety policies and PTW work procedure during the Scaffolding Service.
Be responsible for the related insurance for Contractor’s employees, tools, and equipment.
Be responsible for the transportation, food, administration for the Contractor’s staff.
Hold WAPEC harmless against all accidents during the urgent repair service.
