Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for upgrade the existing PS2 and PS3 flowmeters at Halul to achieve accurate and reliable measurement to help operations and reservoir management departments in proper production allocation. The exported crude oil from PS2 and PS3 are considered wet crude with a water cut in the range of 0.2 to 5% during the normal operation and 5% to 10% during pigging operation.
