Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Charter of NDT Inspection Vessel.
Contractor shall supply all equipment, tools, tackle, personnel, services, supervision, consumable materials and each and every item of expense necessary for the provision of NDT Inspection survey vessel and performing the functions offshore location.
Contractor's Scope of Services shall include but not limited to the provision of one (1) NDT Inspection survey vessel in accordance with the technical specification and minimum requirements provided in the Tabulated Vessel Particulars (TVP) including manning and operating the vessel, unless the company agrees to allow an OFF-HIRE SITUATION to continue, on 365 /366 DAYS per year, twenty four (24) hours per DAY offshore basis, except for maintenance days.
