Scope of Work
The company announces its need for replacing the Corroded Flanges and Steel Rings.
- Provide all of the equipment, materials, and the tools for use in the Work.
- Supply the flanges, ring gaskets, and the blind flanges which are not provided by Company.
- Inspect, transport, and store the materials supplied by Company.
- Conduct investigation or survey before stating Work.
- Remove the corroded flanges and the ring gaskets from the systems.
- Clean and prepare for welding new flanges.
- Replace the flanges including steel ring or the gaskets.
- Inspect, test, and examine the welding joints.
- Carry out the rust cleaning works for the flanges joints.
- Clad the anti-corrosion layers for the flange inner surface and the welding surface.
- Clean the work site(s) upon completion of major maintenance.
- Upon completion of cleaning, transport all of the wastes to the place designated by Company.
- Keep the pipeline ready and wait after finish the work.
