Supply of Complete Vertical Pump with Electric Motor and Base Plate

Scope of Work
The company announces its need for supply of complete vertical pump with electric Motor and base plate.
Complete vertical pump with electric motor and base plate Item : P 102 Vertical pump VS4 according to (API 610).
Scope of supply for each unit
1- Pump shall be manufactured according to (API 610) latest addition.
2- The length from base plate to the end of strainer should be (3.5) m.
3- Clear and fully informative data sheet of the pump together with the relative performance curve and a clear layout drawing with all necessary dimensions should be included within the offer.
4- Pump material should be according to API 610 table H1, material class (C6).
5- Thrust bearing shall be designed to carry the maximum thrust of the pump, developed while starting stopping or operating at any flow rate.
6- Lubrication system should be specified. If the lubrication is by grease, grease pump shall be provided (belt driven).
7- The equipment (including auxiliaries) shall be designed for uninterrupted continuous operation and outdoor installation.
8- In case of mechanical seal, it should be according to (API 682) and the seal to be from one of the following manufacturers: # JOHN CRANE --- EAGLE BURGMANN FLOWSERVE.
9- The noise levels shall not exceed 85 dB at a distance of (1m) at all four sides from the equipment.
10- Motor rating power shall be 20% more than pump rating power.
11- Standard documentation including operation maintenance manuals in English three hard copies and one CD format original .
12- Certificate of origin legalized by Iraqi embassy in the country of origin.
13- Origin :- Pump origin should be (U.S.ACanada –Australia –Italy –Switzerland AustriaFrance –Germany –Sweden-Belgium-England).
14 - Q/A (QUALITY /Assurance) inspection and testing including but not limited to the following.
-Shop inspection
-Performance test
-liquid penetrate inspection for casting and welding
-Non witness test for NPSH
-Hydraulic test shall be done
-Material certification required FOR:
-Casing - Impeller - Shaft
15-Test certificate for all tests carried out on equipment shall be provided within the documents.
16-Packing: Export wooden box, suitable for outdoor storage.
17- Delivery period (360 days).
