Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for lease, management, operation and maintenance of Mesaieed business and recreation complex (MBRC), Mesaieed golf club (MGC), Mesaieed sport complex (MSC) and the company guest accommodations facilities at mesaieed.
The Agreement Duration will be for a minimum (60) months, plus (6) months mobilization period to allow sufficient time to complete the handover of facility by the company to the Facility Manager. During this period, the Facility Manager shall undertake all necessary activities to set-up and operation of the Facilities including but not limited to mobilizing its resources, enroll members, procure and furnish the facilities with additional furniture, equipment etc. The Facility Manager at its own expenses shall carry out all soft and hard furnishings (curtains, sofas, counters, tables, chairs and cupboards) during mobilization period including provision of the required equipment and manpower.
