Provision of CPF Insulated Vessels and Pipelines CMLs Making

Scope of Work
The company announces its need for supply of CPF insulated vessels and pipelines CMLs making.
The company’s responsibility is limited to confirm the location of the hole. All of related work, tools, machines and materials are in the contractor’s scope of work.
The project mainly includes, but not limited to the following items.
2.1 Trepanning the 10cm or 15cm diameter CMLs (Condition Monitoring Location) hole on the insulation layer of appointed location of vessels and pipelines.
(10cm for 4" pipeline, 15cm for vessel and the pipeline greater than 4")
2.2 Make the lid of CMLs with the suitable material such as aluminum sheet.
2.3 The hole and cover will be followed the attached photos.
2.4 Remove the material debris and clean up the site.
2.5 The quantity of the CMLs (Condition Monitoring Location) hole will be about 500 holes and the Table 1 will be the first, the others will be done during contract life.
