Scope of Work
The company announces for purchasing requisition of high density polyethylene granules.
Physical Properties:
Density: 0.956 gm/cm³
Melt Index: 0.3 gm/10 Min
Melt Temperature: 180- 200 °C
Vicat softening temperature: 127 °C
Mechanical Properties:
Stiffness: 12000 Kg/cm²
Hardness: 68 Shores D
Elongation (Break) 1000%
Notes:
1 – 100 kg samples should be submitted before the closing date, for production line test, if samples not be submitted, the company offer will be neglected.
2 – Material should be delivered to Baghdad, Dora Refinery.
M.S.D.S: Must be submitted.
Packing: inside plastic woven sacks, sack capacity: 25 kg, then these sacks should be wrapped by shrinkage covers and based on pallets.
Delivery Time: 120 days.
Shelf Life: two years from manufacturing date, in condition of the manufacturing date of the materials shall be not be exceeding than (3) months from the start of shipping.
Origin: all origin
The material inspection must be included (physical and mechanical) examination
