Scope of Work
The company announces its need for supply of PMA Viscosity Index Improver.

PMA viscosity index improver used to produce multi – grade oils, as follows :-
1 – Motor oils ( Gasoline & Diesel ) produced presently according to :
- Gasoline : API Sf, SG , SH , SJ , SL Daimler – Benz Sheet 229. 1.
- Diesel : API CF4 , CG , CH4 Daimler – Benz Sheet 228.1 , 228.2 , 228.3 , T.B.N. OF (10) Min.
2 – Hydraulic oils produced presently according to :-
- Denison HF – O.
- Cincinnati – Milacron , P – 68 , P – 69 , P – 70.
- US – Steel – 127.
- DIN 51524 – PART – 2.
3 – Gear oil produced according to :- API – GL - 4 & GL – 5 MIL – L – 2105 D.
4 – The supplier should represent certificates from the additives Manufacturer approved that the V.I improver has the following specifications :
Shear stability index ( SSI ) ASTM ( D – 3495 ) > 25 .
Color ( ASTM ( D – 1500 ) ) : 3 MAX .
The product must be suitable for blending with base oils Group 1 produced from Middle East Crudes.
2 – M.S.D.S : must be submitted .
Notes :
1 – Detailed chemical and physical properties of the additive must be submitted.
2 – 1 kg sample of the additive must be submitted before the closing date for complete laboratory evaluation testing.
3 – Otherwise the offer will be neglected if sample not submitted.
4 – Material should be delivered to Baghdad.
3 – PACKING : Labeled in new 200 – liters steel drums suitable for overseas shipment and handling ( drums must be seated that can be stacked 4 drums per pallet ).
4 – ORIGIN : Italy , Germany , France , America , Canada , Belgium and UK.
5 –Shelf Life : two years, in condition of the manufacturing period of the material shall be not exceeding than (3) months from the start of shipping.
6 – DELIVERY TIME : 180 days
Certificate of origin: The material check up must include (physical and chemical) examination.
Theoretical examination must be submitted which includes the following requirements:-
1 – Material safety from damage.
2 – Packaging.
3 – Conformity of quantities.

Third Party Inspection:
- Lioyeds Register.
-Bureau Veritas.
- Tuv Rhenland.
- Intertek Global.
- DNV.
-ATG.
-SGS.
-RINA.
-AL rookl.
QTY : 600 TON.
