Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Provision of IT Maintenance, Operation and Support Service.
1. Preventive and Corrective maintenance, technical support as well as spare part provision and delivery for the specified modular IT Infrastructure and specialized IT Systems;
2. 7 x 24 hours Onsite / Remote engineer services providing;
3. Maintenance and support for Printers and Plotters of 6 models used in company offices;
4. Corrective Maintenance for Server room used AC and UPS systems.
