Scope of Work
The company announces its need for maturing Information Technology (“IT”) support services, to assign a team to work daily on the requirements speci?ed below for for an agreement of (24) months, this to help Operations Services and to handle the end-user IT helpdesk calls to ensure meeting IT department KPI and to keep alignment with technology development, business needs and growth, which is includes systems upgrade, con?guration, ?rst line support and documentation by the Contractor.
