Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Procurement of Plug Valves.
- Item 001, QTY= 40 of Wrench Operated API6D Plug Valve. Valve Plug, Carbon Steel Pressure balanced conforming to API Spec.6D and fire safe to API 6FA, ends flanged RTJ as per ANSI B16.5 raised face complete with a pair of companion flanges screwed to API line pipe threads, requisite nos. of stud-bolts and nuts and ring joint gaskets as per the following specifications:
2" NB X 900 Class/RTJ Plug Valve
Materials of Contruction of Valves:
i. Body: cast carbon steel to ASTM A216 GR.WCB
ii. Cover: Carbon Steel to ASTM A216 Gr. WCB.
iii. Plug: ASTM A216 GR.WCB + case hardened.
iv. Companion Flanges: Carbon Steel to ASTM A216 GR.WCB.
v). Bolting for Studs &Nuts: ASTM A193 Gr.B7, ASTM A194 Gr.2H.
