Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Procurement of Constant Pressure Gas Sampler, total Quatity:20 Nos.
Complete with Visual Magnetic Type Volume Indicators, Internal Gravity Mixing, End Caps with Purge Valves, Isolation Valves, Relief Valves and Gauges on both sides so that pressure can be controlled and monitored on both ends within pressure range.
Maximum Allowable Operating pressure: 1800 psig at 100 deg F
Volume(Min): 500 cc
Temperature Range : (-)20 Deg C to 110 Deg C
Material of Cylinder : 316 SS
A) Design according to ASME Section VIII, Pressure Vessel Code criteria.
B) The Protective Carrying case should be durable, fibreglass construction with thick Polyurethane Foam which can accommodate complete cylinder with all the Valves, Reliefs and Gauges.
C) The Gas Sampler should be operator safe, robust, rugged without any external moving parts.
D) Each complete Gas Sampler shall be supplied with the following spares:
i) Spare 'O' ring : 02 sets
ii) Spare Rupture Disc : 2 sets
iii) Pressure Gauge: 2 Nos.
