Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Provision of Long Term VMI Agreement for Valves, Flanges and Fittings.
The Company agrees to a Vendor Managed Inventory VMI Program in accordance with the following requirements: - Access to shelf stable materials. The Company will only pay and become responsible for materials that have been ordered via electronic “Move Order”. All other stocked materials are the Vendor’s responsibility until a “Move Order” is received by the Vendor transferring ownership of the number of materials itemized on the Move Order.
