Provision of Turnkey Work over Service (650HP) for 2Years

Scope of Work
The company announces its need to provide one set of work over rig (650HP) and to check tubing in injection wells under turnkey service contract through call out basis for two years. Contractor shall provide qualified crew andpersonnel with good experience in the international petroleum engineering anddown hole operation service market, especially in Middle East and Iraq. Type of workover rig:one 650HP. Less than 9 years; Rack back 190 stands (two joints/stand) of 3 1/2”DP in the derrick.
Contractor shall have the ability to workover 30 existing wells eachyear and shall be obligated to complete task if Company determines to assignsuch amount of workload to Contractor. The estimated workload in the two fixedcontract years is 48 wells, and the minimum wells to be worked over is about 20wells (jobs) each year, but Company can’t guarantee the workload, the actualworkload will be determined according to the approved yearly WPB and may potentially be decreased at Company’s sole decision according to the actual operation situation throughout the contract period.
