The company announces its need for Supply of Check Valve.
- Item 001, QTY= 80 of Cast carbon steel , full bore, Swing Check valve as per API 6D with bolted cover having flanged ends as per ANSI B 16.5 complete with the following accessories:
- Companion Flange screwed to line pipe threads as per API 5B
- Requisite number of Studs & Nuts.
The materials of construction, size & pressure rating of the check valves and accessories shall be as noted below:
Material Specifications:
Body & Cover : Cast Steel ASTM A 216 Gr WCB.
Disc: AISI 410 SS or ASTM A 152 F-316.
Body seat ring: 13% Chrome.
Hinge Pin : Stainless steel.
Studs: ASTM A 193 GR. B7.
Nuts: ASTM A 194 GR. 2H.
Size : 50 mm (2 inch)NB.
Pressure rating : ANSI Class 300 RF serrated.
- Item 002, QTY= 25 of Cast carbon steel, full bore, Swing Check valve as per API 6D with bolted cover having flanged ends as per ANSI B 16.5 complete with the following accessories:
- Ring joint gasket, RTJ for ANSI 900 Class flanged check valve.
- Companion Flange screwed to line pipe threads as per API 5B.
- Requisite number of Studs & Nuts.

- Item 003, QTY= 25 of API 6D SWING CHECK VALVE 4" x 300 class RF SERRATED Cast carbon steel, full opening, full bore, swing check valves, conforming to API 6D spec., bolted cover, renewable seat, flanged ends, drilled as per ANSI B16.5 std. (latest edition), complete with the following accessories:
- Ring joint gasket, RTJ for ANSI 300 Class flanged check valve.
- Companion Flange screwed to line pipe threads as per API 5B.
- Requisite number of Studs & Nuts.
