Scope of Work
The Company plans to engage the services of competent and qualified Contractors to provide Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) Services for OMLs 133, 138, 145, 139/154. The anticipated contract term is four (4) Years (3 Years firm plus 1 Year optional extension).
The Contractors will be required to provide QA/QC works in and around operating OML 133, 138, 145, 139/154 facilities and subsea pipelines but not limited to the following:
- Source Inspection covering witness and hold points listed on the Inspection and Test plan (ITP) at the manufacturing facility for items such as Pressure Vessels, Pipe, Rotating Equipment, Valves, Painting/Coating/Lining, Galvanizing, Test Laboratories, documentation.
- Site Multi-discipline Inspection covering verification checks (witness and hold points) listed on the Inspection and Test plan for Civil, Structural, Welding, NDE coating, Mechanical Static/Rotating, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical Completions.
- Personnel to be deployed to support oversight locally in Nigeria and Worldwide
include but are not limited to:
- QA/QC and Safety Inspectors.
- Marine Warranty Surveyors.
- Offshore Installation QA/QC Specialist.
- Fabrication & Construction QA/QC Specialist.
- Materials Inspectors.
- Vessel Management Inspectors.
