Scope of Work
The company announces its need for supply of Complete horizontal screw pump with steam turbine and base plate.
Spare parts for emergency maintenance shall be supply as following bellow:
Set of Rotors Qty:1 NOS.
Liner Qty:1 NOS.
* Spare parts –complete mechanical seal QTY : 2.
Description for screw pump
1.pump should be manufactured and Tested According to API 676 Latest edition except vertical.
2.pump should be Triple screw (1 power rotor and 2 Idler rotor).
3.Suction Nozzle 3" , discharge 3" (both TOP ).
4.Base plate dimension (1600* 480)mm.
5. Single mechanical seal shall be according to API 682 (pump should contain, only one mechanical seal) and from one of the following (Join Crane ,Eagle Bergmann or flow serve).
6.pump material preferred to be as follows
Case (A106 –GrA)
Rotor (A107 -1045/A536 Gr80 –ss -06)
Shaft (A106 -71 )
Shaft sleeve (A314,403)
7. Bearing preferred to be Anti-friction Bearing.
8.pump should be furnished by Heating jacket (in clouding staffing box & casing).
9.Housing Bearing preferred be grease (Lubricated).
10.R.P.M for pump should be Not more than 1450.
11.pump should be furnished by relief valve external.
12.pump should furnished with replicable linear.
13.coupling should be flexible Type meta stream shall be balanced to ISO 1940 –G6.3.
14.pump Supplied with as –built three hard Copies in English document from manufactured with CD copy.
15- Activity Third party inspection (visual inspection) includes:
1. Checking of quantities.
2. Checking of packing.
3. The materials are safe from damage.
4. Review for all reports and certifies.
B-QA inspection and testing including the following but not limited:
Mechanical run test
-materailcertification required.
-subsurface examination for rotor by (Ultrasonic method).
-Hydrostatic test.
-performance curve.
16.Certificate of Third party inspection by the following inspectors:
1-Bureau Veritas (BV).
2-LIoyds Register.
