Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Procurement of Electronic PIG Transmitter & Receiver.
Battery powered Pig Locating equipment consisting of Transmitter & Receiver units suitable for fitting with 150 mm through 600 mm brush pigs/ cup used for Crude Oil, Natural Gas and product pipelines with a maximum operating pressure and temperature of 100 kg/sq.cm and 40 degree C respectively. As same transmitter shall be used for pigging 150 mm NB to 600 mm OD pipelines, therefore, any extra mounting required shall be included in the package. The
transmitter once assembled with the pig will leave no part projected externally which may hamper the smooth passage of the Pig. If required housing or casing may be provided for protection of the transmitter. While negotiating long radius bends (minimum radius of bends R= 1.5D to 3D, D = pipe dia. Complete unit shall be light weight and handy.
Note:
i) The following essential accessories must be considered as integral part of the unit:
a) Earphone / Antennas along with necessary cables - 2 (Two) no.
b) Carrying Case: 1 (One) no.
c) Rechargeable batteries with Charger Unit - 1 (one) set.
d) Battery discharge time once charged:- Minimum 70 hours.
e) Receiver unit- 2 Nos
ii) Quotations must accompany with detailed information about the product, drawings, manuals, part number etc. failing which offer will be rejected.
