Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Lease, Management, Operation and Maintenance of Mesaieed Business and Recreation Complex (MBRC), Mesaieed Golf Club (MGC), Mesaieed Sport Complex (MSC) and Guest Accommodations Facilities at Mesaieed.
The Agreement Duration will be for a minimum (60) months, plus (6) months mobilization period to allow sufficient time to complete the handover of facility by the comapny to the Facility Manager. During this period, the Facility Manager shall undertake all necessary activities to set-up and operation of the Facilities including but not limited to mobilizing its resources, enroll members, procure and furnish the facilities with additional furniture, equipment etc. The Facility Manager at its own expenses shall carry out all soft and hard furnishings (curtains, sofas, counters, tables, chairs and cupboards) during mobilization period including provision of the required equipment and manpower. To cover such initial expenses, the company will support the Facility Manager by providing an advance payment of 15% of the total Agreement Price or QR 5 Million, whichever is lower, at the start of the Agreement against an Advance Payment Guarantee (APG) of equivalent value. This advance payment would be amortized in equal installments over Three (3) years duration against the monthly management fee.
