Scope of Work
The company announces its need for providing workers in the directorates of the General Company for Homs Refinery.
The contractor's obligations: 1. The contractor shall provide the required number of workers to carry out the immediate works required of him and on time. 2. The contractor is obliged to secure a number of workers according to the need to work in the production departments: 1) Company warehouses and warehouses. 2) Empty the barrels and packages in the oil mixing plant. 3) Dissolve soda and sodium chloride salt in the power water. 4) Soluble ferric sulfate in the lime section. In the event that the contractor does not commit to provide the workers necessary for the tasks entrusted to him, the administration has the right to employ workers to carry out the required work at the contractor's cost, regardless of the costs and without the right to object to that.
