Scope of Work
The company invites interested and reputable indigenous suppliers with suitable personnel and equipment and relevant experience for Intelligent Pigging Services.
The Production loops (P10, P20, P30 & P40) require inspection by Intelligent pigging (IP) in order to assess the overall integrity of the pipelines and appraise the effectiveness of corrosion mitigation programs. The summary Scope of Work/ Work package for the Intelligent Pigging of Production Loops (P10, P20, P30 & P40) are as follows:
Work Package 1- Preparation and Engineering
Work Package 2- Mobilization& Demobilization
Work Package 3- Pipeline Cleaning and Gauging
Work Package 4- Geometry Inspection (if necessary)
Work Package 5- Metal Loss and/or Crack detection Inspection
Work Package 6- Re-run of pigs (if necessary)
The commencement date estimated for the provision of service shall be Q4, 2020.
