Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Replacement and Rehabilitation of Perimeter Security Fencing and Sand Removal at Mesaieed Operations.
Contractor shall demolish the existing concrete fence post and foundation, including Excavation, Backfilling and Making good.
Contractor shall remove damaged Barbed wire and razor wire from existing fence, to be stored safely until obtaining approval of Wright off.
Contractor shall Supply concrete Fencing posts, reinforced concrete grade 30 OPC/MS 3.5m high from finishing floor level, 150mm square section, 600 mm x 600 mm x 600 mm concrete foundation dimensions as per QP Typical details and specifications. Supply, fabrication and installation. As per drawing No. NG 7328.
Contractor shall Supply and install Plastic coated galvanized steel strainer wire for chain link fence fabric as per Contract Specs.
Contractor shall Supply and install Barbed wire, 3 strand for use with concrete fence posts and gates as per Contract Specs.
Contractor shall Supply and install Razor wire, stainless steel coiled type for use with concrete or steel fence posts as per Contract Specs.
Contractor shall Supply, fabricate and erect of structural steel barbed wire connection as required to connect. (To include cutting, preparation, welding, grinding, drilling and machining as required. Includes preparation of shop drawings/sketches. Fabricated from standard steel sections (i.e. U.C's, U.B's, RSC's) (Unit 'TO' meaning Tones)).
Contractor shall supply and carry out blasting and painting as Per QP standards for steel plats covers and gratings, etc. QP-SPC-L-002/ Schedule No. 1 In. Rev.2.
