Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Supplying of Caustic Soda ( solid or flakes)- 412 tons.
1 - Quantity : 412 Tons.
2 – Specifications:
- Purity : 98% min
- Physical form : soda (solid or flakes)
3 – Max . Limits of impurities based on 100% NaOH :
-Carbonate : 10000 ppm as Na2CO3 Max
- Sulphate : 1500 ppm as Na2SO4 Max
- Chloride : 3000 ppm as NaCl Max
- Iron : 60 ppm Max
- Insoluble matters in water : 500 ppm Max
- Silica : 100 ppm as SiO2 Max
4 – Packing
a- In case of soda: solid
New steel drums , tightly closed , suitable for storage , Each one contains 200 – 400 kg
b- In case of soda: flakes
It should be packed in bags made of Polyethylene, and the weight of each bag should be (25-50) kg. on wooden pallets covered with plastic layer the bags and pallets should be suitable for handling and storage
5 – Delivery : One shipment
6 – Supplied material will be accepted after testing in Homs Refinery Lab to assure its conformity to required specification .
7 – The technical offer shall be contained the technical specification of the offered material , the original manufacture s name , country.
