Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Laying and Associated works for KG Basin - Part A.
The scope of this part comprises all engineering and design / construction related activities, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Installation & Testing, Pre-commissioning and commissioning of the proposed replacement Pipelines and associated Station facilities, and new Piping and installations at Terminals/SV Stations, including Piping/Pipeline hook-up, TCP, Instrumentation & Control, civil and electrical works. Complete scope of work is divided into two parts.
Part -1: Pipeline replacement of Mortha-Tadepalli Pipeline (18 diameter x App. 23.5 KM) The proposed new 18 NB pipeline will be laid in existing ROU of GAIL, adjacent to the existing 18 NB Pipeline.
Part-2: Pipeline replacement of Kottipali-K-Cheruvu Pipeline (18 diameter x App. 10 KM) & Tatipaka terminal work.
The proposed new 18 NB pipeline will be laid in existing ROU of GAIL, between existing 18 NB and 24 NB Pipelines of GAIL. 18 NB abandoned (dead) pipeline, which is laid between 18 and 24 Pipelines is to be removed. After its removal, the proposed new 18 Pipeline shall be laid in the same trench cleared by removal of the dead pipeline. Scope also include taking delivery of free items from Owners stores, transportation to site, storage, installation, testing & commissioning etc. Bidders have option to quote for Part 1 or Part 2 or both parts.
