Scope of Work
The company announces its need for supply of Analyzer and Reading SO2.
- Item 001, QTY=1 of Files and online Thermo Scientific sola II trace Isomerization sulfur analyzer explostion proof complete.
- Dual online stream to analyzing and reading SO2 ratio directly.
- Pulsed UV Fluorescence (PUVF), with pyrolyzer for total sulfur measurement as SO2.
- Application: two stream inlet and outlet reactor (R-101) to analyzing sulfur ratio in naphtha to prevent catalyst poisoning.
- Tag: Stream 1: AT-007A.
Stream 2: AT-007 B.
- Easy calibration with digital screen (LCD) bright (not touch).
- Locally Re-calibrations available.
- Fast response and stable time: at (1 minutes or less).
- Accuracy (calibration and measurement): ±0.01% of full scale.
- Alarm: High and low alarm.
- Filter system before inlet sample.
- Single vent 1/4? NPT connections, inlet and back pressure regulators, pressure gauges, bypass filter and associated hardware, all wetted parts are stainless steel.
- Ambient temperature: -10 to 70 Co. the analyzer should be supplied inside housing cabinet this housing should be cooling by instrument air system.
- Explosion proof class 1, group B, C & D division 1. II 2G EXd&e IIC T4 Ga IP66.
- Power: 110 VAC, 50Hz.
- Output: Bright digital readout 4-20mA.
- Isolated analog, RS485, Modbus and Ethernet output available.
- Any part is accepter to maintenance and replacement.
- Spear parts for two years. Should be with one probes.
- All necessary equipment Software and special tools for installation and calibration should be provided.
- All necessary sulfur cylinders calibration . with cylinder regulator.
- Equipment instructions and data book, operating manual and complete set of
drawing (certified) (English language).
