Neutralizer for Topping Overheads

Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Neutralizer for Topping Overheads.
1- Water soluble compound of Neutralizing Amines, to be used in Neutralizing
condensate waters in topping cracking or Desulphurizing units, with processing loads of high Sulphur content and organic Acidity. It should be able to Neutralize Acids of (H2S, CO2) as well as Hydrochloric Acid.
2- It must not form fouling compounds with the species present in the tail water.
3- It should have a high ( WSIM ) rating .
4- It must not contain oragnic halides of heavy metals or any other compounds that may harm catalysts or process equipments in Downstream units.
5- It can be used with Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel and Copper Based Alloys without risk of any damage
6- It must be stable with minimum Ammonia liberation.
7- Method of application and dosage to be given.
8- Data sheet to be submitted.
9- Offered material must have been field tested successfully in our topping units feed by middle east crude oils containing ( 2 – 3.5 ) percent Sulphur and A salt content ranging from ( 10 – 150 ) PPM.
10- Neutralizer for atmospheric distillation units.
11-packing plastic or stell drums of (185-200) kgs net each drums must be seated on Pauers that can be stacked (4 drums per pallet).
12- Shelf Life: (2 Years) From The Date Of Manufacturing. The Shipping Date Should Not More Than Three Months From The Date Of Manufacturing.
