Scope of Work
The company announces its need for supply of Detergent dispersant additive packaged for diesel engine oil (S-3) oil (package one material ).
Name of material:
Detergent dispersant additive packaged for diesel engine oil (S-3) oil (package one material).
Specification:
Detergent dispersant additive is suitable for the production of diesel engine oil when it is compound with base oils (solvent refined from Middle East crude's oil), should pass the following requirements:
A – API CI4/SJ DAIMLER – BENZ SHEET 228.1,2,3.
B – Final blend must have a (T.B.N) of (11) min, as tested, according to ASTM D – 664 or any equivalent up dated test.
Certifications:
Suppliers should submit certifications showing that when the additive is blend with Middle East oils at the given dosage, the additive should be satisfied the above mentioned requirements.
Notes:
1 – The following properties should be submitted:
A – Detailed chemical and physical properties of the additive.
B – Chemical formula.
C – Chemical structure.
D – Scientific name.
2 – Two liter sample of the additive must be submitted before the closing date, for the laboratory test, if samples not be submitted, the offer will be neglected.
3 – Material should be delivered to Baghdad, Daura refinery.
Packing:
Two alternatives should be submitted:-
A – In new steel drums (of 200 liter capacity suitable for overseas shipment and handling (Drums must be seated on pallets that can be stacked (4 Drums per Pallet)).
B. In Bulk (BLC ISO container or tankers).
Shelf Life: two years, in condition of the manufacturing period of the material shall be not exceeding than (3) months from the start of shipping.
M.S.D.S: must be submitted.
Delivery Time: 180 days.
Origin: USA, Canada, Italy, Germany, Holland, France, UK, Australia and Belgium.
Certificate of origin: The material check up must include (physical and chemical)
examination.
